What if the child's name is longer than the maximum number of letters allowed in the book?
We are set to allow 16 characters max, but we can set your order to work. Please email wepersonalizeit@aol.com with “special request” in notes section. We will do whatever it takes to fulfill your order.
How long does it take to receive the book once it has been ordered?
Standard domestic deliveries: Your item(s) will arrive approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your order date. Please check your order carefully, as changes will require additional time for delivery and will be adjusted accordingly. We ship the books using USPS Priority Mail Envelopes or USPS Priority Mail Boxes for larger orders.
Canadian deliveries: Your item(s) will arrive approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your order date.
International deliveries: Your item(s) will arrive approximately 3 to 4 weeks after your order date.
Gift Certificate: They will ship the next business day via USPS First class mail, should arrive within 1 week.

How do I ship books to different addresses within one order?
You will need to place separate orders and complete the check-out process multiple times to ship to multiple locations.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are delivered in the mail, along with a brochure, approximately 1 week after ordered.
Can I order with checks or money orders?
Yes, we use paypal. Please email wepersonalizeit@aol.com with "special request" in notes section before going online and ordering. The online system only takes credit cards.
When will my credit card be charged?
Immediately after you hit pay you are charged. You will receive the products at the very latest 14 days to 3 weeks later. 100% money back guarantee.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card on this site?

Why does the shopping cart say it's empty when I try to put items into it?
